£60,000pa- £65,000pam + 20% discount of all products, private healthcare and hybrid flexibility (Aylesbury & remote)

The role

The Direct Sales Marketing lead will actively deliver against the Full Service transformational plan in place, significantly shaping the development of their Brand & Marketing strategy.  You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Marketing, CRM, Social Marketing, and PR.

You will be able to identify, develop and implement a creative strategy based on deep customer insights/data available which will significantly contribute to to the achievement of driving revenue, maximizing new customer activity, increasing online traffic, customer loyalty and brand recognition! Plenty of scope here!

You will also own the gross P&L and take ownership and responsibility for driving sales and profit margins.   Through the creation of an agile team and processes that can drive go to market propositions fit for their customer base you will deliver excellence against plan. 

What skills will you need?

  • Significant experience leading a commercial  in-house marketing function ideally within the beauty, cosmetics and/or fashion industry – looking for true passion for the industry!
  • Can demonstrate experience of driving brand development/ realignment  and how this relates to the customer experience
  • Strong strategic thinker and planning ability.   Understands all marketing elements:- for example CRM, media planning, creative management, research direction, social media
  • Adopts an agile and innovate thinking style
  • Both Trade & B2C experience needed for this role, as they have two separate customer bases
